Set in the hills above the Côte d’Azur, Rachel Birthistle Studio designed a three-day wedding celebration at Château Saint-Martin, blending Provençal ease with tailored detail across a welcome dinner, wedding ceremony, and farewell brunch.
PROJECT BRIEF
The Studio was invited to curate an intimate celebration in Vence, France. Across three days, guests were immersed in the landscape, from a relaxed terrace dinner to a refined wedding day and a breezy garden brunch to close the weekend.
At Château Saint-Martin in Vence, Rachel Birthistle Studio orchestrated a weekend-long celebration that embraced the rhythm of the Riviera. Day one opened with an informal French dinner party on the terrace. Long tables, shared plates, and a bold, joyful palette of citrus tones and garden florals setting a convivial tone.
The wedding day unfolded across the estate with quiet refinement. The ceremony was held outdoors, framed by the surrounding hills and accented with delicate floral work. For dinner, the Studio curated a palette of soft tones and layered textures, marrying elegance with the natural warmth of the setting.
On day three, guests gathered for a sunlit brunch—light linens, relaxed table settings, and Provençal touches offering a gentle close to a weekend shaped by place, intention, and celebration.
